Is this event an eligible Gaming Grant expense?

The Gaming Branch is allowing organizations to use gaming funds to attend the Symposium. As with any use of funds, organizations are expected to demonstrate how the training contributes to program delivery.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds are available after September 30, 2022.

Cancellations before/on September 30 will receive a refund, less a $50 administration fee per registration.

Is my Conference Pass transferable?

Yes, you may transfer your Conference Pass to someone else from your organization by October 7, 2022.
