You can become a member of BCACG or Volunteer BC to be eligible for the Member Pass.

Can I use Gaming Grant funds to pay for this event?
The Gaming Branch is allowing organizations to use gaming funds to attend the Symposium. As with any use of funds, organizations are expected to demonstrate how the training contributes to program delivery.

Is There a Student Discount?
Yes, contact us directly for more details.
Can I Refund my Tickets?
No refunds after October 6, 2023. Cancellations before will receive a refund, less $100 administration fee per registration.
Can I Transfer my Conference Pass?
Yes, you may transfer your Conference Pass to someone else from your organization by October 16, 2023.
